I am experiencing a strange issue. Using Wireless Sync, and Outlook Email ALWAYS shows one unread message, on the Today Screen and in the Inbox, when there are no messages there. This just started this week. Anyone have any ideas on how to clear it? Tried soft reset several times, but no luck. Am avoiding the hard reset if I can, but will go there if needed. But would like a backup first so I can restore my settings if necessary, and not sure if that is possible. Will go looking for a backup utility next. Thanks!

Check to see if there is anything weird going on with the computer your Wireless Sync is syncing with.

I may be wrong, but I think it syncs with the VZW server that retrieves the mail from my ICS mail server. I need to look into this. I do not use PC Monitor to the best of my knowledge, and I get my Wireless Sync mail even when my PC is off.
