Battery Life!

Hey guys, whats up? So i love my i730 but i noticed sometimes when i leave it charging and it will turn off and when i go to turn it on and it will say 10% and then i need to charge it all over again? i have no idea whats going on with it. It's a brand new battery only charged it once. It dies really fast idk whats going on. Please help me. maybe its not charging all the way? idk thanks a alot

one last question should i charge my phone in sleep mode?

Check for a loose connection in the charging dock or cable (which one are you using?) First push all connections and make sure they are tight. I had a bad charger at one point that if bumped the unit would give the "charging" notification over and over again on the phone and it would not charge effectively at all. It could be the charger or the metal contacts in the phone itself as they are always exposed and could corrode easily I would assume. I would try and charge a battery in the dock w/o the phone. If it works then you know its the contact in the phone or the phone slot in the dock. If it doesn't then you can infer that the cord or the cord's connection at the dock is bad. I you are using a cord, I would say it is worth the $10 or less to get another one on ebay and try that out.
