I have to cold-reboot and set up my device from scratch (bad registry, in all of my backups). I've got a ton of customized preferences, VPN/network settings, etc. - is there any easy way to save them all to a text file so that I can see what the values are, instead of having to visit each setting panel by hand (drilling down to everypossible subscreen) and writing down what's there? Thanks!!

It's been a while since I used Sprite Backup with the i700, but I think I remember that you can pick and choose what you backup--therefore pick what you want to restore. Other than that, not sure what you can do.
