i700 hard reset screen alingment loop

Hello Fellows,

I have looked through all the postings and have noticed no similar problem to the one i am having. The short sweet version is my battery went dead once so it reset itself and after that i can not seem to be able to get it past the screen alingment, it seems to continually loop.

Once i was able to get it past but the margins on the screen were off, so i could not use it properly. Have you guys heard of this before, do you have a solution, i am kind off ready to pull my hair out.

Thanks.

Try this>>>>>>>>> leave the battery out for one hour OR do a hard-reset>>>>>install the battery back>>>>recharge overnight in cradle>>>>>then try screen alignment..........IF this fails, then you have a defective device and call VZW Data Tech Support at 800-922-0204 for replacement.
