Try this>>>>>>>>> leave the battery out for one hour OR do a hard-reset>>>>>install the battery back>>>>recharge overnight in cradle>>>>>then try screen alignment..........IF this fails, then you have a defective device and call VZW Data Tech Support at 800-922-0204 for replacement. __________________
Funny it worked.....the last time!!Now I am not sure what was working before they put a hole in my head!!!!
