Need Help fast

Sorry to bother you guys - but I tried a pair of earbuds tonite and afterwards I had no sound from my speakers. I can now only hear if I have the earbuds in place. I have checked my settings etc as well as trying a soft reset. I also tried a search on this site but obviously did not put the right terms in. I need my sound back - this is my business phone and I am on call at nite and do not to try to put an earbud in the middle of the nite to answer my calls.
Thanks,
Carolyn

What ear buds did you use? the ones that came with the unit? When you say you checked the settings, what settings did you try? IF you have backed up all the data from the phone do a hard reset or else you might have to get a replacement unit. Resets will only resolve issues IF it was a software issue. Sounds more like a contact inside the unit could be dirty or maybe mechanically stuck together.

Send a message via Yahoo to Mladner

Its because you used a 3rd party earbud. It was either to long or to wide for the port in your phone. Your going to need a new phone or repair. There is no way you are going to be able to fix it with a hard reset or soft.
