Since connection to my Mac doesn't work any more. I connected to my PC (running W2K) and ActiveSync started on both machines. Everything is connected and I am trying to get my contacts and calendar to come over onto the device. My Outlook is connected to an Exchange Server, and from there I can see all the contacts and calendar appointments. I hit "synchronize" and it goes, and then stops as if it was done, but the device is still blank. I must have something set incorrectly; can someone help? Ideally, I'd like it to synchronize over TCP/IP with the Exchange server (no PC at all) - is that possible and if so, are there special requirements on the Exchange server end? If that's not possible, can someone help me set up correctly so that my Exchange data that is visible in Outlook actually makes it to my i700? Thanks!!

To sync directly to your Exchange server you are going to need the help of your IT department, no way around that.

As for your stuff not syncing through Outlook: First I'd try doing a hard reset on your phone (you will lose everything), un-installing ActiveSync and re-installing it.
