I've drifted off (along with SuperDave) to the moto V710, but I still have the i700 - just not as a phone. I check in here to see what is happening with the group.
This was definitely one of the best groups/forums I've been a part of.
David - purchaser of the i700 first day they could be ordered from the corp reps.
I'm really gonna be stuck here for a while - one of my associate pastors just purchased shackrat's i700 on my recommendation! BTW, shack, you kept it in pristine condition!

Tsat... no pressure from you of course...
Here is an excerpt of the conversation:
"So you want the 6:00 am service or the 9:30 am service..."
"The 9:30am service please."
"Well then, I think someone is going to make a donation to the Church of Shackrat first."

ROFL... Not to get off topic here, but this associate of mine is the pastor of a brand new church that we are starting - we are starting ten new churches in Delaware in the next ten years - he and his church are the second of the ten.
Anyhow, everything that works for me with the i700 will work for him. And, to top that off, with VZW's "in" thing, we can talk anytime anywhere at no charge, which we need. We are both not pastors who sit behind a desk all the time. The ones we minister to aren't in our office - so we go where they are. The i700 means that even if we aren't in the office, we can still do anything we need to, wherever we are.
not that I belong in this thread, but I suppose bringing your I to confession with [insert favorite tasklist manager here] to check off your sins as you repent is somehow frowned upon
pw-man
.. bless me father for according to my PPC I have 8 overdue sins to beg forgiveness on.
[btw, NO religious flamming intended, just a funny set of thoughts went through my head as I read the previous discussion...]

Okay, okay, when it comes to reposting I have to admit I just can't help myself -- I guess that makes me a compulsive, obsessive, re-poster (from the penguin side of the equation) -- for all the newbies I just had to throw up this image of St. Equus of Milpitas -- by the way, he is now granting plenary indulgences.
