Hey everyone!!! Yeah I have WM2003 and Photo Contacts by Pocket X installed on it. It was working fine for awhile, but now every once and while this message pops up saying:

CAN NOT INITIALIZE TAPI.
PHOTO CALLER IS DISABLED.

What is this? I know that after this pops up, when someone calls, their picture no longer pops up. And I have to do a soft-reset to get their pictures to pop up again when they call. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there anyway to fix it? Thanks in advance.

I am not familair with this program, but deleting and reinstalling sometimes helps.
