the link you are trying to access from your pocket pc is a .jsp website, which means there is embedded java. your IE on your phone is not capable of processing java. thats your problem. as for the guy who says to click it 3 times, i am assuming he is using a 3rd party browser.

Now..to bring it back to topic...I think a third-party browser might be the solution..try the TH as there is a trial period on it...see if it works and then if you like it keep it...if not..no harm done or money lost...here's a link to their download site.. ThunderHawk Browser

Okay, I know I'm late to the party but just to keep the record straight, jsp is server-side java. It's generally used to generate dynamic content for the browser, but that content is usually HTML.
The only time the browser needs to process java is when there are embedded applets (e.g. Yahoo's GameChannel).
Most likely the problem with the red logon button is a JavaScript issue; there's browser-specific code on that page.
