I cannot for the life of me get my computer to stop blocking pop-ups (a good thing in most cases) and the download page will not trigger the option to download the software.
Did you try putting samsungwireless.com on the whitelist for your popups? That's what I had to do, to get it to work from FireFox. I'm at work, so I don't have the files right now, but give that a shot.
