Hi all

The problem here is, my girlfriend slammed a 3 month old blackjack after a fight.
The phone broke in two were the keyboard goes and the mic doesn't work looking for a phone with a broken screen or some one not happy with theirs. Now she regrets it.... any help in where I can get parts is appreciated. cingular won’t warranty it

Did you happen to have the insurance policy? I would assume not.

The phone is so new that I doubt there are any other suitable replacements for you that meet your criteria listed above. And of all the hundreds and hundreds of threads I have read, I can only remember two people that were not happy with their BJ's. And I can remember one those was because the guy did not understand how to install things on his phone.

Sorry to hear about your phone. I am afraid you may be out of luck without the insurance policy. The good news is that your 3G smartcard is backwards compatible with older phones like the RAZR and such. You can slide it in an older phone and still have service. So if you pick up an older phone or cheap go phone, you will have your Cingular service until you can get another Blackjack.
