Does anyone know if we can increase the time before the voicemail picks up? I timed mine and it is about 15 seconds...4 rings...

You should contact you sp and they are the only ones that would be able to change that.

On the BlackJack, select Start; Settings; Phone; Voice Calls; Call Forwarding; No Reply and change the value for "Forward After" - you can choose from 5 to 30 seconds from the list.

There is probably a registry edit for it too...just have no looked around
