I realize I am missing it but how do I adjust the ringer volume. All I have found so far is how to adjust the ear piece volume.

The ringer volume is Dependant on which Profile you are using. Manage your profiles under Settings - (4) Profiles. You can quickly change your profile with a single click of the power button. I mostly switch from Normal to Silent... but there are plenty of options there if you so desire.

Within each profile there is the option to adjust the volume of the ringer that the profile uses. This means that all could be set to the same level or increased further or lessened from what the default settings are for that ringer. Goto start/settings/profile select the profile to change and then hit the right soft key (menu key) and select edit and this will give lots of options to customize the profile.
