I've been trying to connect my blackjack i607 to my family's home network for months without success. I don't have any kind of data plan with at&t, I was hoping to just get online while at home on our wireless network for free. I've messed with a lot of the settings, and I don't know how to restore at&t's original network settings . So my question is 1). How to restore the original network settings? 2). Is it possible for the blackjack i607 to connect to our home wireless network? 3). How would I go about doing that?

The Samsung Blackjack SGH-i607 does not have Wi-Fi capability. The only way to connect to a home network is via Bluetooth or USB cable. Why would you want to view the Internet on a telephone screen at home when you have a full sized computer a few feet away?

Sometimes people have to use the computers that are at home. So it would be nice if I could surf the web or check my email while I can't get on the computer.

As the first poster suggested, you can connect via USB cable to a PC and surf that way at he same time someone else is using the computer. Or if your PC doen't have bluetooth you can pick up a BT dongle for your PC connect that way as cables tend to be a bit on the short side.

I use that trick myself sometimes when I'm inside and the EVDO signal is poor.

Some of these phones can be fitted with wi-fi cards in the memory card slots but they are expensive and I don't know if the BJ can support one or not.

so im im reading this right you can connect to the internet though bluetooth on this phone if that is correct i am one happy guy i just ordered this phone off of ebay
