I've owned this Blackjack for about six months now and it's had minor quirks since the very beginning though nothing particularly crippling - model Samsung SCH-i607.

But recently it's been experiencing random crashes and stalls, abrupt power downs and now it cannot even start up - it simply stalls on the Windows Mobile 5 startup screen. The only way to shut down the phone now is to pull the battery. I'm not even certain if I can even get the OS up and running for me to attempt a firmware update.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
