Configure Key Pad for Automated Phone Systems
I've have a BlackJack II, and I've been having an issue when I call automated phone directories that ask me to enter in the letters for the person I'm trying to reach.
For example, Let say I'm trying to reach John Andrews. The automated system will say, please enter the first 3 letters of the person's last name that you're looking to contact. Well, on my phone I press the "A" key which has no associated number, then I press the "N" key which doesn't have an associated number either, and finally I press the "D" key which corresponds to the number 4 on my phone. The automated directory tells me that no one exists by that last name. If I call back on a LAN line, go through the same steps, I press the number "2" for "A", the number "6" for "N" and the number "3" for "D" and it takes me to the correct person.
Sorry for being verbose, but what I'm looking for is a way to set the keys on my phone to correspond to the letter/number combinations on a normal phone. For example, ABC will represent the number 1.
Thanks!
