Help :-/ just bought a RIM blackberry 7290 off eBay that's locked to cingular. What's the best way to get it compatible with my T-Mobile service? Don't want to throw out excessive cash, but a lead in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.... thanks in advance for any help!!!

You can opt to pay for the IMIE to get unlocked by a service or get the seller to call AT&T to get the code. Ideally I would not never buy a GSM phone that was not unlocked otherwise its another $30-50 to get it done.
