Question RIM Blackberry 7250 with Sprint

I will be recieving new Corporate provided Blackberry 7250 through Sprint.... I currently have the Treo 650 which I like but has some serious design flaws.

What should I need to know, both good and bad about this blackberry? I haven't ever used the service nor have I seen the phone in person...

any tricks or tips, what works good and what differences will I find from my treo (didn't use the versa mail on the Treo as our mail server for Corporate was not compatible.)

thanks all

First off the blackberry device is going to be completely diffrent than your treo. First its menu driven, no stylus. No point and click.
The good thing is the OS on blackberry is alot more stable than the palm OS.
So you wont have to hard reset it as much as the treo.
And really you more than likely wont ever have too.
The 7250 is going to be bigger than your treo. Its not going to be slim and pretty as a treo. Though typing on the qwery keypad will be easier as the keypad letters are not all close together.

If you want slim and pretty, and can deal with the Suretype keypad, go with the 7130e; it's excellent.
