BIG PROBLEM NEED HELP IMMEDIAtely!!!!!

I have a Blackberry 7520. Hopefully someone on this site can help me. Being so fast paced, I did not back up any of my business contacts. Today an error message appeared on the screen while I was in calendar mode. I've only had the phone for 4 months but have tons of business contacts that I desperately need.

The message reads:

Device in cal mode.
S/N mismatch. RBSNx.
V: Vibrate, L: Led, B: Buzzer.

I've tried to press all keys and can't get it out of this mode. I called tech support, of course they could not help. There has to be some way to get out of this mode. I don't know if its the "cal" means calendar or calibration. I think its callibration. When jogging the trackwheel it goes through a series of collors then back to the error message. When pressing any other key it states on the bottome of the error message key "f" is pressed, or whatever key is pressed.

Can any one help!!!!

According to BlackBerry, that's cause for an RMA. Sorry.

However, the only information I could find reports the "S/N Mismatch" message after a restart. Did the 7520 restart? Here's the text of what I found:

Problem
After restarting the BlackBerry Wireless Handheld, you are unable to send messages. Symptoms of this problem might also include:

On the handheld Status screen, the PIN has been changed to FFFFFFFF.
The handheld is stuck in a persistent “DE365” error state.
The message “type 'S','T','A','R','T' to continue” appears on the handheld.
The message “S/N mismatch” appears on the handheld.

Resolution
Backup the data on the handheld, then contact your service provider to arrange a return material authorization (RMA) for your handheld. You will only be able to back up the data if your handheld is displaying FFFFFFFF on the Status screen. If you are experiencing any of the other symptoms (for example, persistent “DE365” error state), you will not be able to back up the data, since the Java applications need to be running in order to perform the backup.
