Blackberry with bluetooth?

Does anyone know if RIM has any plans for a Blackberry PDA phone with bluetooth anytime soon? The 7280 would be nearly perfect for me if it only had bluetooth.

Some people have reportedly seen demo models with Bluetooth. Not sure which carriers would have it or any delivery dates. Since the 7730/7780s aren't available yet in the US, I'd guess it could be a few months.
