Any way to improve volume or backlight brightness? Those are my two biggest complaints so far. Email seems to be very fast and attachments seem to work OK. Any way to have it automatically download the whole attachement?

The brightness is not changeable on the 7230 (unfortunately). If you have not done so already, update the 7230 handheld code to the latest version (3.7.1) - instructions are in another thread. That seems to improve the call volume.
