I am now working with both my Notes email and POP email at the same time. I see the filing structure that has the two in different locations. What I can't figure out is how to add folders on the POP side. It gives me Web Client - Inbox, Sent, and Trash.

Can you add them online, in the web client?

Maybe this would get too complex for the ISP/providers?

I'm with 02 in the UK and I can add any folders I like, they then appear in my BB when filing the web based mail. I can't file them into my Exchange structure though.

Can you set a filter in the web client that will populate the folder on the BB device....in other words if I set up a filter on the web client to drop all messages from my home email address into a home folder on the web client will the filter drop the emails into the home folder on the device or do I have to do that manually once the mail is forward to the device? thx!

I figured out that you can create folders, but with the web client they have no relationship to your mail server, so there really isn't a lot of point in doing it.

Anyone know the difference between filing and saving mail?
