My guess is that you can't do that. I'm in the same boat in that they require us to have those things setup. Once thing I did discover which saves time is that to unlock the device you can just type your password and hit the key. I had been hitting the jog dial, then selecting unlock, then typing the code. Then just make sure you pick a password thats easy to type in quickly.
Are you able to change the time before it locks, or do they control that as well?
