I'm using desktop manager to sync my outlook which runs an exchange client. It syncs my e-mail wirelessly but only my calendar and contacts when I plug it in. Can you please let me know what settings I should check?

While I don't have a BlackBerry, I have been doing a bit or reading, since I might switch platforms. From what I understand you can only sync Calendar , Contact, and Tasks OTA (Over The Air) when using BES (Corporate) and not when using BIS (Personal) data service. There are some services that will give you BES for an additional monthly subscription.
