<img src="images/logo-rim.gif" align="right">The court has handed down a ruling against Resarch in Motion, Ltd. (RIM) in its lawsuit with NTP Inc. According to the source article, the Judge increased the damages against RIM because of their "egregious" behaviour in court. NTP is claiming that RIM violated its patents for wireless email. The court will reach a decision on whether to grant an injunction blocking the sale of BlackBerrys in two to four weeks.
