Flickering screen.

I've been seeing a strange issue on my phone since owning it of a few days now. While entering a text message, the screen seems to make a faint flicker whenever I press a button on the keyboard. It seems to be sporadic also as sometimes it will flicker and other times the light will stay steady. Just curious if anybody has seen this. I plan to swap it out later today at the Verizon store as I'm thinking the cable to the screen might have a issue with it as I've had this same problem happen on my notebook before.

It will go away. I recall a lot of ppl saying the same thing when the phone came out in July 07. It eventually went away for me.

How weird, I guess I'll hang onto it then and see if it clears up. It does seem to be a little more random after a day of use, but what an oddity.

If I recall correctly it happened regardless of whether it was plugged in or not. I started a post over at BAW, but it never really gained much traction, so I doubt Sprint/HTC ever took at it that seriously. I don't think it goes away over time. Instead, I think you just get used to it & fail to notice it happening.

reason i ask the OP is to see if s/he is referring to the red/white flicker we all have seen. i have not seen just a (non color) flicker on the Mogul i have...

My phone has it too. Seems like an odd problem, but to be having on a device this expensive!

I was the first one to notice this issue when the phone came out in July, there's a thread about it somewhere. I haven't noticed it in a few months though, I don't know if it just went away or I no longer notice it..
