truly amazing!
Took my 5 or 6 tries before i got it working.
For those having problems, even if you already have tcmp just resintall it w/ the cab from the first link, then reinstall FlashVideoBundle. soft reset.
I figured out what I was doing wrong... I was getting the lock up as well, what I did was I copied the videobundle into my TCPMP foler, then I installed it from there. Where as before I was just installing it from my personal folder where I install everything from. After cut and pasting it into the TCPMP folder, I installed it and now it works perfectly. I was getting the lock up before I did this and now no more lock ups. Works great, thanks original poster!!

UPDATE:
Well spoke to soon... It was working last night after the install... now all of a sudden it doesn't work anymore. This sucks.
Crap. It was working fine for me, but now the vid links take me to a page that says I can't view the vids because I don't have the right version of Flash Player.
I get that error message too. "you dont have the updated version of Flash, click here to download" or something along those lines. However, you can't download the right version b/c it's not the mobile version they are referring to!
the guy who came up with this fix is aware of the problem....sounds like YouTube changed some things yesterday....guy says he will try to figure out a new fix
Why does PIE force m.youtube when I enter YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. I haven't been able to get this to work. If I go to ytpocket, it brings the videos up in WMP and they don't work.

its a sprint thing... they just started doing this a couple of days ago. Go to cnn it is redirecting you to the mobile site as well. Sprint can't leave well enough alone the greedy m'fers
with all due respect, I doubt Sprint has anything to do with it. the site you are visiting determines your browser type and then redirects you to a page with a more suitable format. Sprint doesn't look at destination port numbers, let alone the URL in an HTTP header.

with all due respect...cnn, youtube and several other websites out of the blue, as of about 2 days ago, began automatically redirecting from regular sites to mobile sites for sprint users across this and other forums so if not sprint then what would the common reason be that all these sites began doing so... I feel sprint is about to lay the hammer down personally, but if you know of another reason this may be happening only to sprint users then enlighten us please.
i have followed the instructions verbatim, ive tried everything recommended in this forum. as soon as i go to youtube and go to try to play the video, it says "running a system command on this item may be unsafe,. Do you wish to continue?" message. i click yes and it does one of two things: either tcpmp will open and then throw a "RTSP Protocol Not Supported" of will fail completely and i will get a page full of errors and tcpmp will not open at all. i have went into tcpmps file associations page and made sure all are checked, and still no luch. this will make my alltel 6800 sweet please help! ive tried unistalling and installing 3 times and no luck, last time was fresh off of a hard reset

I'm not experiencing the phenomena you describe when using Opera, only in PIE, which leads me to believe that there is something else going on.
