I have exactly the same problem. No solutions on other sites either. Some people seem to be OK after the new ROM, but they are rare and there seems tob e not systematic explanation.

This doesn't work for me. It opens Windows Media Player instead of TCPMP. If anyone can help me that would be great!!

After your install did you get the IE icon in the programs window? I do not even get this far.

when you install the cabs, make sure they are in the top directory (of either the device or sd card).

imo, these threads get too long and the answers take too long to find. they should be limited to 100 replies then start anew.

I'm having the same issue a couple others have posted. I have the updated software on the Mogul now and when I install the TCPMP and flash bundle, TCPMP shows up, but flash bundle doesn't. Anyone know of a fix for this? I had this installed on my 700wx and had no problems at all.

I'm not able to drag and drop the Flash bundle over to the TCPMP folder in Program files. It's like there is a restriction on the folder not allowing items to be dropped in it. I can't drag and drop anywhere else on the device for that matter.

Any ideas?

FOR EVERYONE GETTING THE 'RTSP PROTOCOL NOT SUPPORTED' ERROR - THIS IS THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know why no one else spells it out clearly but the issue is that you are going to http://m.youtube.com

You must go to either:
or
"http://www.ytpocket.com"

m.youtube.com must not be supported by the TCPMP method. Maybe its just for the iPhone?

I have the XV6800 and installed TCPMP and the FlashVideoBundle and am getting "Video not available (may have been removed)" on every video on youtube.com - not m.youtube.com as well.

I have the HTC XV6800 from Verizon.
I got it to work on YTPocket site. It had very fine tuned settings. What settings do you need to adjust in TCPMP?

Youtube

I have the Htc 6800 and have tried everything on here and nothing worked but the core player but you only get a few video,
Found this installed it and worked right off my just going to m.youtube.com Just download this Technology1%$_Ultimate_+SP+CinemaScope_Blu-ray_HD_Video_Player_Wizard_Version_7.7.7.3.1.cab
Copy it to phone and install, Then goto m.youtube.com and enjoy.
Heres the site with all the info. New Rtsp Player*10live Movie Player Digital*Nokia Medeo*Todaypda 700 TV Channels - xda-developers

Hope this helps.
