It's been 13 days (from receipt of payment) and I have received nothing. Is anyone else having this problem? Have I been had? The tracking number I was supplied with didn't work on the usps.com site as they suggested and it doesn't work on the Royal site either. I am very worried as I have heard nothing from Freedom.

I was a little worried as well since my tracking number didn't work on either site as well, but I read on Royal Mail terms that the tracking doesn't show up until after it was delivered. Once my gps was delivered, it showed confirmed on usps but still doesn't on royal mail. I would suggest sending Chris an email directly - she has responded quickly to my emails.

No, you haven't been "had". If that was the kind of business these people were running, there would be a lot of complaints in this thread. As I mentioned in one of my previous posts, the tracking number provided never worked for me but I obviously still got my product (and so have many others as evidenced by the posts in this thread). See Chris's posts for what kind of timeline you should be expecting between paying and receiving your product. If you want a more concrete update, just email her and calmly ask what the status is (but its just silly to ask if you've been "had" when clearly people are getting their product).

agree. i was probably one of the first on this site to order once marty mar posted. due to chris signing on here and speaking with us directly on the product and from marty having it, i felt comfortable to order from them. chirs sent me an email to let me know it was shipped and i received the unit in decent time. remember this is coming from across the pond, so give it some time. i know you want your toy now... :p i tried the track number once i think and it never worked for me but i was never worried...

you have not been hand amigo... yours should be here today!.. watch!

Marty,

Thanks for the confidence boost. I understand your close relations with Chris have guided you to trust the company, but my thoughts aren't fueled by ONLY a product that has taken some time to get to me, but by the fact I have emailed Chris and gotten no reply. This is what worries me much more than a longer than hoped delivery time. I didn't expect overnight when I paid $0 for delivery, but prompt replies like most on the board have said they experienced would have helped. Judging by the response I have gotten, I am sure I will receive the product soon and be extremely satisfied.

I got my package within a couple of days that it was shipped. I live in California so I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly it was shipped. I never checked the tracking number that was provided to me by Chris so I can't say whether or not it worked. If there is one complaint I could have is that the packaging is basically a padded envelope so my box arrived crushed on one end. The actual unit and the accessories that came with it were intact and functional. I'm sure this is dependent on the mail service (USPS and/or Royal Mail) and the care they take in handling the packages. As long as the unit works...it's okay by me.

Another thing to be mindful of is that the package will require a signature. I had to pick mine up at the post office because no one was home to sign the package. My carrier left the notice tag in my mailbox. It is orange in color and about 3" x 5" in size. I don't know about you but sometimes I get a lot of junk stuff in the mail (Penny Saver, Roundtable coupons, etc..). If the the USPS notice gets mixed in those advertisements, you can easily lose the notice. So, FYI be careful before throwing away that junk mail.

Just recieved my unit! Charging it as I type this. It is really small and I think that it is going to be a nice addition to the Mogul. I already have GPS in my car and was looking for something small enough to carry with me always for those odd times when i'm walking around a new city and need to find something. I think this is going to really fit the bill! Thanks Marty for the heads up on this and to Chris for the great deal.

Jamie

The original email I got was picked up by my spam filter. Try checking that.
