Due to installing the new rom (which wasn't really worth it in my opinion) I ended up losing all my info. Later I found out that activesync is suppose to hold the contact, calendar, etc info for if that happens but it didn't work for me. Instead i got the screen when you first start using activesync for the Mogul again. I read the manual but it isn't making any sense (probably because it's skipping a bunch of steps assuming that id know what to do). Can anyone help me out for what im doing wrong?

Are you using Outlook? Activesync does not store the data, it is merely a conduit to Outlook. Also, after a hard reset, you will have to create a new partnership -this is normal. Once the partnership is created, you can resync your data.

AS does not keep any information.. it just syncs your phone to outlook thats on your pc. just delete the partnerships on AS, dock the phone and AS will ask you what you want synced. check what you want synced and thats it...
