Well, this is a very sexy plugin, but it's just too big! I already have functionality with SPB products to do everything the plugin has, I really just want that sexy looking clock on my Today screen ... I've done some searching but have found nothing, it seems everyone wants all the tabs and etc ... really I just want the clock, and only the clock. Any chances at getting this?
Check out rltoday at the link below. Look in the skin section of their forums as there are a few with digital clocks that look like the HTC Home Plug's clock but without the tabs.

Thank you stroths for pointing me towards rltoday, what a perfect today plugin for my needs. Spent a little time modifying what someone had already worked on, which was very easy to do, and got just what I wanted. Others should check it out.
There's a fix for it. Add another mail account in Pocket Outlook and set it to check for messages manually (it can even be a dummy account if you don't have another email account that you want to add). Once you do that, whatever account you last had open is the one that it will open to when you tap on the email icon. For some reason, having just the MMS account and your email account isn't good enough - you need to have a 3rd account in there for it to work properly. Let me know if you have any questions.
HTC Home Plugin Customizer - This is my favorite version so far. emunutz over at ppcgeeks improved on the A La Cart version by building a mortscript menu system around its settings. You can backup your settings, change to color icons, go back to default icons, change the tabs that display and their order and more. I would highly suggest you check it out. You must login to ppcgeeks to see the download link.
is there anyway you can disable the clock settings to appear when you accidentally click on the clock when you meant to click a lower tab? i hate having my clock pulled up on accident.

Well, everything was working perfectly fine since my post on the 27th and after restarting my phone this morning it now goes into vibrate mode when I receive an email through ActiveSync. Both the phone and ringer are in vibrate mode but the phone profile is still set to normal. I'll hit the Normal profile and everytime I receive a new email, it goes back to vibrate mode.
Just an update that I've been monitoring this all day. When I re-enable Normal phone profile everything works fine for a while and then I'll receive a random email and the phone's ringer and speaker go into vibrate mode while the profile stays at normal. My calendar does not have me in any meetings and it doesn't happen all the time because when I change back to Normal, it works fine for a while. This has happened 3 separate times today.
FYI... this is totally separate from the "Reminders" issue that has been batted around. That does not happen anymore.
Okay everyone. Just an FYI that my phone still randomly goes turns to vibrate (while still in "Normal" profile) when I receive emails via ActiveSync. This does not happen all the time, but it usually seems to happen when I have some form of event on my calendar. It could be an all day event (i.e. Election Day) that is set to "Free" or it could be a meeting I'm in that is set to "Busy". It doesn't seem to matter and it doesn't do it all the time.
Just curious if this is happening to anyone else or if there are any suggested fixes.
I've copied the \Windows\HH_0409_WeatherCities.xml file using notepad to include my city.
When I try to replace it with the one in my phone, I get an error mesage, stating that my windows file may be write protected.
How do I unprotect it?
How come I can't see all the files/folders on my phone when I view them from my computer when I have it plugged in using the USB? I can only see them all when I use the file explorer on the phone.
I have tried installing the .cab from my storage card to the device. It completes the set-up fine but says i must have the HTC Home Plugin installed, which i do have. It tries to find the plugin from the web but says plugin was not installed. I have the HHCv105b cab.
All that are having problems. Please uninstall your version, reboot and use the HTC Home Customizer from my first post. It will download the newest version (2.x) when you run it for the first time IF you don't already have a previous version installed.

5tab working but display not working..pls pls help...

the 3tab version working perfectly..
when i tried the 5tab version.. on the home screen - the space is taken for the 5tab homeplugin but its not on display.. its blank. but the small battery symbol is displayed...
i have tried reading all the forums .. still no idea what to do.

If you are using an older version of N2A's patched HTC Home Plugin then your weather stopped updating recently. You need a new version from the thread linked below.
Another option that worked for me was to delete the registry key below and then soft reset. The key below is created by older versions of N2A's modded HTC Home Plug to redirect weather to his server rather than accuweather's. If your city is not already in htc.accuweather.cm then you must download a new version.
