Get your $111 credit back from sprint if you your phone through Sero!
I bought my PPC-6800 phone like 2 1/2 or almost 3 weeks ago at the price of $399 with no rebates or credit whatsoever. So today I saw on sprint.com/sero that they have the Mogul on there at the price of $288.99. I called retention and complained saying I overpaid and everyone else is getting it for $288.99. The CR talked to her supervisor and they automatically credit me $111 credit plus some tax so it came out to be $116 credit back! I'm very satisfied now! So, if you guys want $111 credit back towards your account it is not to late to call in and complain for it! Have a nice day!
If you bought the phone with 2-year plan and bought it for $399... you should be able to get the $111 credit back! Call retention! COMPLAIN.. COMPLAIN.. COMPLAIN UNTIL YOU GET IT!
Tell me why I just got this bogus ass email from eCare.

Question: SERO phone discount was not applied
I ordered my new Sprint HTC Mogul and mobile plan on June 21st using a SERO discount. I was charged $400 for the HTC Mogul. The correct SERO price for this phone is $288. I am looking to have this credit applied to my account. Thank you.
Well then process my return right now then. Mail me the box to return this
phone back in. I still have 10 days left to cancel. Going to make me
return the phone and buy it again at the discount price or just going to
give me my credit right now? What if your employee ID number and who is
your manager?
Just fn with 'em. Sprint customer service is the worst and I feel required to return the favor. I tried several times calling in about this only to be on hold for 40 minutes and literally throwing daytime minutes away. I would call on skype but it's barely audible. Anyways, I might (haha) actually get it now....
yeah i thought about trying this but i value my time and life rather than trying to get 100 bux and arguing with sprints CS. i am glad i do not have to call them for anything as my plan is the same every month. 100 bux is pocket change for me... now if it was 200 bux.. then i may try ... :p
I wish I could say the same. These wait times are ridiculous. Phone system just told me 20 minute wait. Here's the lately eCare response also.

If that's true, just a heads up for anyone else waiting to attempt through eCare. Get your headsets ready. If you value ur daytimes minutes, use skype on the handset or ur work phone line or something lol.
I got my Mogul and a 700wx for the wife through SERO, and paid $400 for it (the Mogul). I also was told several times that I could NOT port my existing Sprint numbers over to the SERO plans.
Once I was satisfied with the new phones, I called to cancel the old plan. Retentions quickly and with no complaint whatsoever credited my account $111 for the Mogul. They then also told me that they could port my old numbers over to the new phones. Good news, bad news. Seems to be par for the course with Sprint.
im pissed. they told me that I had to be a new customer...and I was doin an upgrade. and had to be an existing customer. I was like uh I am an existing customer you dingbat. lol
Any suggestions?
And has anyones screen been turning white? from slow running? I get this crap that pops up that says memory low?????
One more thing.
do we need to download both the active x program and flash that's listed here in the threads? or will it mess up the cpu if you do both? will it conflict?
