Question 4000 (6800) internet not working

Hello,
My husband and me cant seem to get the internet working on his new phone (telus 4000, 6800).
We have brought the phone back to telus to try and get them to figure it out but i swear they only take a day course when hiring these people because none of them know anything about any phones. needless to say they couldnt figure it out.

I figure it may be the settings but i dont know what the setting should be.
Anyone out there on telus able to connect using this device?

You may try calling telus and have them provision the phone. Call them from a land line phone, not your cell.

I did call them. They are the ones who told me to take it into the store.

Sometimes you have to be pushy w/ CS and Store reps. You pay for the service, they need to make sure it works. Either call CS again and tell them you issue and it needs to be resolved now, or take it to the store and tell them to get it working or give you another phone. When I do this in sprint stores, if they don't get it working I get a swap out for a new phone.
