Flyer date

If you look at the fine print on the flyer it has an expiration date of November 25, 2007. Still does not mean much but maybe.?

I just canceled my phone contract and am free to get a new phone. I was thinking of getting the Mogul (which I did get about 2 weeks ago but they screwed up and couldn't activate it so I played with it for 2 weeks and sent it back).

Now I'm thinking instead of ordering the touch.

Lightbulb Staying with Verizon

I have been reading this thread for almost an entire year and I have learned a lot from it. The first thing I have learned is that Verizon has the worst phones in the world, yes the world, and Sprint is a close number 2. Second, the only reason anyone should be with Verizon or Sprint is if they live in an area where Verizon and Sprint are the only options or if they are free. I was with Verizon for about 3 years until I started to learn about Pocket PC phones and what there is out there. I waited and waited for Verizon to come out with new phones but they never did. And then I realized that their phones suck anyway no matter how long they test them because they were so late to market they were outdated. Their Pocket PC phones come from HTC just like AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile anyway so I should just go to AT&T and get one 18 months earlier when the technology is relevant. So I left and went to AT&T and bought whatever phone I wanted. Imagine that, any phone. I live in a major city and so the difference in service was negligible. So my last comment is that don't fool yourselves and do the research, the TyTN II is the best phone out there right now and is the next upgrade to the 6800. AT&T came out with the 6900 (aka HTC TyTN II, Tilt) before Verizon could even come out with the 6800. That is just Pathetic and I would love to hear anyone that thinks the contrary.

With all the "new" technology the TyTn ll has , what can you actually do
with the TyTn ll that you can't do with the 6800 ? What will the TyTn ll do
that the 6800 will not do ?

Better read the news , Sprint had 375,000 customers leave them this
year because of terrible service. Tons of lawsuits against them now.

That was the date to mail in the coupon for the "new business Line"
subscription , it wasn't a 6800 rebate !

You can't. People in the forums need to realize that Verizon has NEVER confirmed a release date. All we have is "rumored" and "leaked" info about a date.

Don't get mad at Verizon, it's not their fault they waited 39 years to release the 6800 . Haha I'm kidding, but come on Verizon, you know we're waiting

Still no word! I talked to a friend of mine who is a gadget freak like me who happens to be the manager of the largest Verizon store in town. He STILL doesn't have any news from the "Powers-that-be" at Verizon!

It will happen when it happens!
