I know there is a way to check how many times a Verizon phone has been refurbished but I've forgotten how to access the information. I've done it before but that was a long time ago. I also ran a search for the ESN access directions but got a response of 5 threads but they were not relevant to what I needed.

Would someone please be kind enough to post the directions up or what the correct search words would be?

Ok, I found the information on Xda-developers and I was mistaken about it being the ESN. What I needed was the EPST settings and there is a page which has the refurbish number.

I just checked on the replacement and it works but it shows this one hasn't been refurbished. The funny thing is that has been since the "void" sticker on the screw has been removed.
