Cooked ROM + Verizon = MMS?

Is it possible to use a cooked ROM on Verizon's network and still have picture messages? I can't find any info about it. It seems Sprint is able to get them working with a 3rd party app. Any info or links would be tremendously appreciated.

I picked up a .CAB file on the xdaDevelopers site in the Titan forum that works. I have some trouble with it on occasion, mainly having it complain that pictures are too big and not sending them.

Thanks a ton! I focused my search on xdaDevelopers and found a program called Archsoft MMS. There is a version for a few carriers. Here is a link for any future searches.
