Remote assistance, NOT remote desktop available?

I'm basically looking for one of two things and appreciate any help ya'll have to offer

I either want to remotely connect to my Vista Ultimate 64 machine at home, via my Mogul, with remote desktop client or something else. I've gotten RDP working. But I need to be able to connect to my machine and not logout the account that's currently running... if there's any way to do that, let me know.

Otherwise I need a "Remote Assistance" program that works with the Mogul. Just need to be able to share a session is, I think, what I'm trying to get at here

Another problem I have is that a certain graphic seems to be hard-coded at a certain size. The lower extremity of the graphic has a button that needs to be clicked on remotely... I can't move the graphic up high enough to expose the lower button when remoted in via the Mogul. I've tried fiddling with the only 2 options the RDP client allows and ... no dice. Need some way of seeing the whole desktop and/or being able to push things around in a manner to expose this button

Speaking of other phones. Is there anything on the horizon to beat out the Touch Pro? It seems to me like nothing has its hardware beat? My girlfriend is using one but it seems rather clunky and not as speedy as it should be. Too many clicks/scrolls to get things done. Needs a better interface or way to turn off the flashy stuff slowing it down? Or maybe we need an OS upgrade?

I can't help with the graphic issue, sorry

As far as the remote issues, I am a strong supporter of LogMeIn! They have a free option that allows much of the functionality you're looking for. There are other features (like file/printer sharing, audio from host, etc.) that are available with the paid options, but I administer several machines using this free application.

LMI has a small client that would be installed on the phone. Then you simply dial into your account and access your list of available machines.

I do a lot of remote support, and this has been the best (read most efficient overall) option for me. I hope it helps!
