Wanting to crush my phone

MR2 sees VZ Navigator and Google Maps if GPS Server is used. Flash PPCKitchen and GPS dies. Used all the tricks and tutorials including QPST and fix cab, nothing. Go back to MR2 and everything GPS works like above back to flash and nothing works after all the tricks again. When the QPST thing first came out I had a 6800 that worked great with a flashed ROM but wanted to use VZW Navigator so I went to MR1 and only VZW would work. Buttons stopped working and got replacement 6800 which I want to crush. Now miss my old ROM with all the things it could do and want to go back to Mobium and ditch VZW Navigator, but can't now. Is there a way out of this, or if not, a carrier and/or phone combo that just allows you to set it up to work the way you want it to? MR2 VZW does not seem to want to work with WifiRouter, making the re-flash the way to go.

You HAVE to flash from MR1 or MR2 BACKWARDS to the Verizon original rom. THEN you can flash up grade rom.
XDA developers site has a load of info on this already.

I think one of the best ways to crush the phone would be to place the phone on concrete and simply drop a cinder block on it from a height of about 4 feet. That should do the trick.

If not try closing it in a car door - that worked well for me once. It totally destroyed the screen making the phone useless.

Or you could get creative with an arbor press, a log splitter, a ball-peen hammer, a bowling ball, a huge rock, or something similar. Another fun and creative approach would be to drop a safe on it, like in an old Road Runner cartoon.

Hope that helps!

I am always a fan of explosives or firearms. I shot a flip phone with a .357 magnum once and it all but disintegrated. I would love to see what a .45 long colt would do to our phone!

If the devil prevails, YOUTUBE, YOUTUBE, YOUTUBE!
