Does anybody think that the Mogul will receive WM 7 when it comes out?

Will someone hack it to kind of work on the 6800? Yup for sure just like Windows 6 on the 6700...

Chances are that WinMo 7 will be a ram hog, like Vista. The Mogul doesn't even have the horsepower for 3d Touchflo, so I suspect it won't be able to handle the next generation of OS. If they can squeeze it on, chances are it would be so chuggy that it wouldn't be worth the effort anyway.

the 68 is discontinued so i dont expect the carriers to support 7x on the 68...

There's no chance of an "official" rom for the Mogul/6800. Whether it's possible at all or if there will be people like DCD and no2chem still around to make it happen are questionable. WM7 is so far delayed, it's not certain that the Diamond or Touch Pro will still be current models when it's ready. With BB going touch screen, Android and the iPhone, MS and Palm could both find themselves out of the consumer level "smart phone" OS business if they don't get their act together FAST.

Too bad we can't run the Mogul on DOS Mobile. Then it would scream
