Speaker not working anymore.

The speaker suddenly stopped working. I can only hear people using the speaker phone. Tried resetting, removing the battery and everything. Anything else I may have missed?

Ideally I'd like to be able to use the phone like before, I don't use headsets.

wel im trying to narrow down the issue. if you can use a BT headset and/or a wired headset then its a physical issue. if you cant hear on either BT or wired, then it could be something software and/or hardware.

so thats why im asking you all these questions.. if you can find some headphones, try and see.. otherwise, we can go on and on...

Yup just checked with headsets. Works fine. Found the stock ones that came with the phone.

so it sounds like it may be an internal issue. speaker could be physically damaged or the connection to the speaker could have separated from the board inside. in any event it sounds like a trip to the cellular store where you have service.
