This is sort of a branch of my old thread where I was working out IMAP issues. I'm running the 2.09 ROM, and have a Work network set to connect to the internet and use a VPN. If I fire up the VPN connection, and then hit the power button, the phone locks up. If I set an app (email) to run that will start the VPN, and it runs when the phone is off, the phone locks up.

Can someone else try this and see if they have the same issue? Programs installed (too many ):
