rest assured, my 'rant' was in no way an indication that you did something bad. however if someone is new to computers or PPCs, and would go about their usage, and something goes wrong on it - they either don't understand what's going on with the devices, or quickly presume it's defective. you know what I mean? say someone has a car - drives around with it for 2 years, and suddenly it's acting jerky, maybe s/he didn't change oil? check transmission fluid? it's pretty standard stuff, I know. But people sometimes miss out on it.

Now comes computers/PPCs, it's a whole new realm where people are still learning how to simply set up their email accounts, and browse the net. Yet they've no idea how to protect their banking transactions, etc. Blah blah - you got the gist.

If I offended you, I meant to do no such thing. Just ranting in general. And yes, I'm a ranter.
