After Hard Reset, Can't Move contact list from My PC to Pocket Pc

Guys, I really need help with this.

I did fully sync with my desktop before hard reset. My contacts are in the outlook.

After hard reset, i did full sync with my desktop. For some reason, its not putting my contact list on my Pocket PC.
Am I doing anything wrong? Is there a step that I'm missing.
Please help. Thanks in advance.

If you check you device setting in AS on the PC, there is an option to sync certain things. One of those are your contacts.

Dave,
What version of Outlook do you have?
Something to check:
Are your contacts in a folder named "Contacts"?
Remember activesync will sync the "Contacts" folder only, so if you renamed the folder nothing would sync.

Ok, those options I was talking about are on the PC. But what about on the PPC? ActiveSync->Menu->Options? Is it checked there also?
