POCKET CM -- SMS working with Threaded messaging app?

Hey everyone -- i recently installed pocket cm (PocketCM Contacts & Keyboard) and like it a lot more than the normal contacts application -- i'm on verizon with a custom 3.5 rom i cooked and with the Palm threaded messaging app -- there is an option to send an SMS to contacts inside pocketcm, but it does nothing right now -- anybody have any experience with this?

Yeah, I have used it and Photo Contacts and neither work with the SMS on the phone. Photo Contacts seems to have it own kinda SMS built in and when I do go through it and send a msg, it never reaches the other person. So I just use the phones SMS app and yes I use the Palm threaded app.

so youre saying that you cant send sms from inside pocketcm? I dont know why thats not working, but it may have something to do with the Palm threader. try uninstalling that and soft resetting, then try pocketcm again. I looked at the Palm threader and decided I liked the threader that pocketcm uses more...careful with that keyboard program though, I tried that once and I had to reinstall my rom...but that may be because im using WM6 lol..

well it might not have been from the keyboard, but the day after i installed it my phone started to freeze up alot more often, like 2 or 3 times a day. it was odd and this might not make sense. basically, everytime I clicked something on my start menu it would duplicate my start menu, it got to 7 rows of start menu icons, where i would have to scroll down to get to the bottom of them. those were the only things i really noticed though...and remember, im on windows mobile 6, so it might not have any problems with wm5

oh well - couldn't do a full uninstall of the Palm messaging app -- no worries -- i might just delete pocketcm and wait for a newer release
