XV 6700 Repair

Where can I get my 6700 repaired at? I dropped it and now when I try to charge it the red light flashes and nothing else happens. I would like to retrieve the data on it at the least.

I had a flashing red LED last night myself but it was because I didnt put my phone back on the charger when it told me to because of a low battery. Even after I did put it on the charger it would not turn on and stayed with a blinking red LED. I swapped batteries to another batt and although the phnoe came on, the other batt took forever to charge. However, once the batt didnt take a good charge, it worked fine. Maybe this will help. As for a repair center, the ohly thing I know to do is send it to your carrier for replacement and/or repair. Good luck

hard to say when we dont know what happened to the phone just prior to this. if you have used a verified workign battery then it can be a number of things. the flashing red light is something that RARELY ever happens on this device so it could be any number of things. can you let us know here what the co worker was doing just prior to this?

He said the battery died while he was on the road, so when he got home the phone would not charge.
