I've tried memaid(2.0) and sktools and still windows will sound off its alarm that I set at one time.

I've cleared the alarms, used all the right cleaning tools rebooted many times and still the windows alarms go off.

any suggestions??

If u have deleted the notification in sktools it should stop. Unless its resyncing in activesync. If that's the case go into outlook and delete the notification.
