Default Proxy settings

Hello,

I am having trouble remembering the default settings for this phone, which is preventing me from using the internet. Everything was fine till my wife (she is a UNIX sys admin and the geek of the family) decided to test some settings and it is utterly unusable. She has tried several things but nothing worked, so here I am.

I go to start--> settings --> connections -->Manage existing connections and choose the Proxy tab
Here should I select the box that says "This network connects to the internet"?

I have tried selecting and unselcting - but have no idea what I should enter in the Proxy server box. Can someone please help me. I miss my internet on the go

I have Sprint.

Thanks
KK

if you want conventional network access thru sprints network, you are not using a proxy. keep that box selected but unless you are actually using a proxy don't worry about this field. sprint dials #777 to connect to the WWW. go to "modem" and make sure sprint is listed with the #777 for the number. if you need any more assistance, feel free to send me and email...
