First off, BIG UPS to this group!

I am running BigJ's 1.6u ROM. My problem is that the Extended Rom shows up before the Storage Card, so when I tell Outlook to store attachments on the card, they go to Extended Rom. Is there a way to change the mount order at boot time?

Nope, not really. You can hide the extended rom, then set outlook to 'store on storage card' - that should get it pointed at the card one - then unhide the extended... that can be a problem however, on soft reset it might want to find the storage card before it's ready. You're probably better off using the extended store as is.
